Nama celebrates Japan’s washoku culinary tradition with authentic, uncomplicated and elegant dishes which champion locally sourced produce.

Allowing the intricate flavours of each ingredient to take centre stage, small Japanese sharing plates such as crispy organic chicken Karaage with cabbage, lime and shichimi salt are complemented by the finest sashimi and hand-rolled sushi including the Nama speciality A5 Japanese Waygu Roll with avocado, lime, fried shallots and pickled daikon.
